LIFT Classes in Glenorie
Designed specifically by Platform Fitness as part of their ‘Challenge Classes’, LIFT aims to build, refine and enhance your overall strength and movement capabilities. Utilising fundamental movements such as squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull these workouts are aimed at low intensity, high strength focused and include core lifts such as deadlifts, squats and multidirectional lunges.
